Dr. Nasser Bouchiba

Dr. Nasser Boushiba is fluent in Chinese, English, Arabic, French, and Spanish and has been involved in China-Africa cooperation for over 20 years. In addition to having an in-depth understanding of the essence of Chinese culture, the history and achievements of China’s reform, and opening up, he is also highly aware of China’s development path. He is the author of “60 Years of Cooperation between Morocco and China”, “Business Opportunities and Entrepreneurship Law”, and “Mutualism and Realism in International Aid—Based on a Comparison of China and France’s Aid to Africa” (co-authored with Professor Guo Zhonghua), and other monographs and academic articles, as well as columns for mainstream African media.

A strategic alliance was formed between China and Morocco in May 2016 during the visit of His Majesty the King of Morocco to China. As a recognized expert on China-Morocco relations in the Kingdom of Morocco, Dr. Nasser established “ACCAD” as a bridge for China-Morocco collaboration and actively promoted its development. In addition to organizing visits by government officials, business investigations, cultural exchanges, study tours, and other activities, as well as collaboration with the Moroccan embassy and other institutions in order to hold lectures on “Communication and Sharing of the Business Environment” for Chinese-funded enterprises, assist Chinese enterprises in international bidding, and promote bilateral cooperation, industrial collaboration, and global commerce.

Dr. Nasser is a popular figure in the history of Sino-Moroccan collaboration, leading the Africa-China Association to contribute to Sino-Moroccan relations significantly. Xinhua News Agency, China Central Television (CCTV), People’s Daily, China Today, Southern Daily, Beijing Daily, and Moroccan mainstream media have interviewed and reported on him numerous times.

As the founder and chairman of Revoneeds Investments, Wang Yongbao and Nasser jointly established the “China-Africa-Arabia-Europe” international cooperation and exchange bridge and contributed significantly to developing international cooperation between China, Africa, Arabia, and Europe. As a result of the organization’s cooperation with Guangdong Publishing Group, the Chinese Membrane Industry Association, the Chinese Jewelry Association, Shandong Fishery, Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou Qisheng Venture Capital and others, business exchanges, and cooperation have been conducted with countries along the “Belt and Road” through the organization of the industry. Wang Yongbao participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games as part of the national costume culture promotion project “Welcome to the Olympics and China,” showcasing Chinese costume culture to athletes worldwide. As a result of Wang Yongbao’s own cultural and artistic background and cultural promotion activities, Wang Yongbao believes that cultural exchanges can contribute to the sustainable development of international cooperation between China and other nations.

Wang Yongbao became a dedicated teacher and a helpful friend to international students from around the world during his co-teaching of general education courses with Dr. Nasser and Mr. Xu Hong at Sun Yat-sen University. Upon graduation, Wang Yongbao continued to offer international students an opportunity to develop their international employment and entrepreneurial skills. The guidance of Wang Yongbao enabled them to maximize their international advantages and combine personal career advancement with China’s Belt and Road initiative. As a result, an increasing number of international talents are fully aware of Chinese culture and actively participating in the “Belt and Road” initiative.

The “Belt and Road” initiative has become an intangible asset for Chinese enterprises to develop overseas, and it is the right time for the occasion. Wang Yongbao believes that Chinese entrepreneurs with an international strategic vision will become the most dynamic force on the international stage in the new era.
